At the close of another financial year for Plan B Disaster Recovery, we would first and foremost like to say a special thank you to all of our customers. What started off in 2008 as a business trying to bring new technologies to the market, and empowering customers to improve IT resilience without increasing IT budgets, is today a resilient and profitable business in itself, boasting industry leaders as our customers. Each of our customers is a driving force behind our success, and we appreciate the immense loyalty they demonstrate, which is a very rewarding outcome of our work to continually develop the Disaster Recovery market.
Our highlights from 2015 were:
- 20% revenue growth.
- Strong new business growth.
- Expansion from existing customers after demonstrating the reliability of our service.
- 100% recovery success – all within our recovery time guarantee.
- The addition of new partners, and closer relationships with existing partners.
- New, state of the art automation technologies in our marketing and operational departments.
- Expansion of our technical team to maintain excellent service levels to our customers.
All of this has given us good foundations for further growth in 2016. Our strategic direction for this year is to offer a broader range of business resilience services as well as other associated services, whilst retaining a stable and profitable business. Our Disaster Recovery service offerings will expand to include continuous replication within our core Disaster Recovery service, enabling us to offer both guaranteed instant recovery and minimal data loss to customers. We will also be launching add-on services and associated services, all of which will be available to existing customers by priority.
In addition to expanding our service offering, we have strategic plans in place to develop our internal resources, partner channel and continue to improve efficiencies in our technology, all of which will keep Plan B at the cutting edge of Disaster Recovery innovation. We’re striving for another year of growth with some exciting new launches, which we’ll be keeping our customers informed about. We’ll be working hard, but still keeping our customers at the forefront of our minds as this year is already underway.
